Returns & Refunds
You can submit a return or a refund for an ordered product within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Please note that some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Once the claim is submitted, it usually takes 1 business day for us to review it and contact you back. We may ask for additional information before the start of the refund/return process.
It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at the fulfillment facility, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and up to 10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
How does it work?
If your product does not fit the website description, arrived damaged or you have any other issue with the order please fill contact us form to submit a claim.
Remember to choose the “Order Return/Refund” subject to ensure your inquiry will be reviewed in time.
As a part of our policy, we may ask for additional images or videos of a product. If your issue is related to the damaged product we encourage you to attach the photo/video proof right away.
In most cases, you will receive a shipping label from us when returning a product.
In this case you will only have to place the label on your return package and pass it to the corresponding carrier/post office.
Please note that the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount depending on the return reason.
Groceries, pet food and gift cards are not eligible for return
